They should be asked to put a certain figure, say $200,000, into a trust acc in case they lose. If they want to appeal agin, another $200k goes in etc.
Stumping up a large figure like that would certainly make them think twice about it.
Anyway, success in Thailand will still give us a nice boost. They should probably be doing some drilling in the next couple of months. Gold and copper is the future and that is just what they will be looking for.
