Yes, good point.
I don't really know the answer; I suspect its a legacy thing where the companies you mention used to have small market caps at one stage, so I still perceive them to be that way.
But, come to think of it, I don't know why I separated the universe of stocks into large and small categories in the first place. There was no real reason to do so.
