Close 16.5
Assume 2:1 Ratio for ease of calculations
Cost of IPO Share: 33 Cents
IPO issue price: 50 Cents
If IPO opens at 50 cents:
+ 33 Cents Pay off initial investment into JPR
+ 17 Cents Profit
+ Whatever you have left in JPR which might be relisted with another company as per vph.
So worst case is IPO has to drop lower than 33 cents for you to loose anything?
Numbers seem right?
