indeed i agree.... do they just burn down the cash and all SH money in the court case?

Dreadful situation , seems bitter and spiteful of the Department.. the payments should be due and not withheld on a technicality such as insurances. It looks like they want to starve them of cash so they cant fight the court case

I believe if the work is done payment should be due ... if the judge rules against am i correct in thinking its game over for ACO?
