Absolutely agree. I imagine that you do feel satisfied the co.'s patents are 'iron clad'. I wrote to the co. recently about this and as I understand it, some of their patents are held by their respective partners. I'm not sure whether this or the terms of the Co.'s development agreements could complicate current partner/equity/sale discussions.
