So some ppl have accepted the offer @ $1.35 , thats where they got there 1.01% from, question is how can they say they now own the shares when
1. they have not yet paid for them
2. FIRB and OIO have not yet formally approved the takeover of BRS
3. All the defeating conditions have not been met.
I smell something fishy here.
