#1 Trof gets licensed out with upfront payment and cash payments at various milestones, if it goes to market get a % of sales.
#2 Use cash for special Divvy + development for NNZ-2591 (Depending on if this included or not)
#3 Await further milestones and collect $$
#4 Drug approved collect $$
#5 On going return of equity to shareholders, neu possibly look at new pipeline drugs and trials using excess cash.
