    Seems less likely. If they were really engaged in the US they would most likely have a board member from there. I also don't think that they would get through the scrutiny for US regulations on reporting.

    The new fella might have some ties in the US but they need a lot of work before they see any serious money. The Exec looks legit. Hopefully he will clean things up.
