    A month earlier than stated would fit better as well, don't see how he could sell on the 17/10 when we were in the middle of a trading halt. Do the people who receive these notices read anything and double check the facts. Double and triple fookup!

    Anyway rony read all the other announcements around that time and you will put it all together.
