Hopefully not long until we hear about the new terms of the Phase 2 wet plant.
My understanding is the company have only paid a deposit to the current manufacturer which is why they are in a position to negotiate a good deal.
The global slowdown in iron ore is surely putting pressure on Chinese manufactures to be competitive, which should theoretically have a good outcome for NSL.
The next 4-6 months really are going to be game changing for the company. Phase two will be the key to their success as a company and will allow for quick expansion into nearby tenements and larger scale production.
AP wouldn't bother signing an MoU and announce it to their people if they didn't intend on following through with it.
