    They will be making use of hotspots but unlike telstra air they will be supplied by multiple telcos worldwide I'd assume. The point Paul made today was that they wanted to make it easier to connect by to hotspots by eliminating the need for constant signons and user names etc. I think NOR will handle that you will only need to be logged into your WP account. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
