    Have to look again now.
    Support has still not got back to me on zipt 2.0 issues - must be two weeks now.
    On another issue for another number it has been over a week too - the only message is "will reply within 24-48 hours".
    So one can only assume that other users are not getting support either. They were prompt with support previously.

    So yes, lets' get the launch right or better not to launch.
