Interesting stock, quite an achievement of management with doing nothing for such a long time.
However they are also valuated this cheap because of doing nothing, which makes it quite a good entry. Worst case scenario is they keep doing nothing, then we slowly will run out of cash.
But if they manage to acquiry a decent project, this one is so overlooked it will surprise the market and big returns can be make. As a contrarian this one is worth my 2 cents.
