I agree Aqua ......... there is to much pointing to it now IMO and you are correct, COP would be in an untenable position being operator but holding a minority of the JV, to be operator they need a a majority and FARs holding seems to be the best option however do they take FAR in its entirety or do they just take Senegal and FAR retains DFF ........ as we have both said interesting times ahead indeed.
