Looks like Mr Kenway, who is a former director of WKT (retired 2013), did not partake in the recent capital raising so Nown Ltd was subject to the same dilution as everyone else.
As a fun fact, Nown Ltd is Mr Kenway's company where WKT director fees were paid as per page 41 of the Annual Report 2014.
Another fun fact, Nown Ltd could now sell down its sub-5% holding without having to post change in holding notices.
