Hi Mr H it's not hard for a stock to be seen as controlled with such low volume and no serious buyers . It's just doing what many penny stocks do and that is become a plaything for short term and day traders...I don't see it is being held back just nothing to drive it forward yet...
The best news is that why there aren't many buyers there aren't many sellers either....
