I think they are on record as saying they will mothball there higher production. Maybe bit by bit some common sense creeping in
I'm a bit in yr boat need abt $5.00 to get out Altho I do make dribs and drabs on out of the money call options I sell from time to time. Another $1.00 on the share price and my calla bring me home a regular income
