NAS Customers that have been blindsided by management stupidity at outsourcing model based purely on cost cutting.
I used to work for NAS, the amount of customers that have and are leaving NAS will eventually hurt bottom line
Another major customer's Firewall was off breeze for over 24 hours due to offshore changes errors
But according to Telstra Customer Satisfaction Rating is UP!!!!!
