PDL Purchasing activity was front loaded in 1H16, with not much purchasing activity expected in 2H16.
So while we have expanded debt capacity, I doubt this will be consumed in the short-term - strong cashflow and reduced purchasing in 2H may even improve the debt position for the full-year.
The westpac reneg is more about securing balance sheet capacity and terms for growth FY17 onwards.
Especially if they use the westpac facility to fund US PDL's.
