Disgraceful yes, but not from LWP - from some of the HC posters here.
- I'm seeing gleeful cheer at the share price falling from those who have just exited.
- I'm seeing unsubstantiated attacks at management.
- People are jumping at shadows, reacting to reactions and not thinking.
Firstly lets look at the comment on the court action.
"Also, the company has an ongoing dispute at their Pilot Plant in Clontarf with a single neighbour. The
neighbour, a wrecking yard, has made several complaints to Local and State Government Statutory
Authorities, but to date they have all been dealt with in the ordinary course of business. This neighbouring
company is now also seeking relief from the courts, which we intend to vigorously defend"
1) - At no point does this dispute impact the technology that LWP has created.
2) - At no point does this dispute impact the ongoing financial situation of LWP, or LWP's ability to meet cashflow obligations
3) - At no point does this dispute impact the ability for LWP to sell their product.
Once this goes to court yes LWP would have required to make share holders aware as it impact the cash flow. However until such time it is not required.
LWP have only mentioned it now to clear up rumors.....albeit they should have probably informed the market earlier given the HC posters ability to investigate.
Honestly guys, the lack of professionalism by posters is gob smacking
