Why is the market ignoring EGO?, page-108

You guys seem to have a short memory we had oil and gas people in the last board that could not get the plant working.
It took someone with organising skills to make that happen. that is one thing that you get taught at Harvard a good manager does not need to know how it works only know how to employ the right labour.
Is not that what happened and the plant is working at full capacity and the same people are operating the plant when the old board where in charge.
