Unfortuntely I don't think we'll get to $5. There are too many big sharks with lots of cash and weren't doing enough exploration five years ago. Once Kins starts to show its true potential AVM will be taken out by a major.
It will be interesting to see how CBA plays its hand. They've demonstrated an amazing knack of getting out too early.
