Just some dead wood to run through before it lifts. I have been in BTV for months and there are a lot of daytraders buried in up higher. HEG is the same. You need volume to grind it out and then it will pop.
Todays news was exceptionally positive for this story and HEG will quickly turn into an ounces story in my view.
