Just to address the question from Mark on a capital raising -
We don’t have any committed capital raising plans at the moment and currently have sufficient cash reserves to cover our non-discretionary monthly overheads for >18 months
We are a growth company, and as with a number of other growth companies listed on the ASX it’s possible in the future we will look to access sources of growth capital, be it from strategic cornerstone investors, JV partners or the market.
Any decision to raise capital in the future will be based on an assessment of the growth opportunities available to the Norwood business at that time.
Pardon my frustration at this constant barrage of BS, but how the #$%^ is that considered to be lying? What am I missing?
