Why is a new project better than a farm-in where you can earn 85% buy-in?
I thought they've also got agreed mine gate sales to SAR already if they mine.
Barely any transport costs, no capital expenditure (or V little hopefully) and a secured off take. Just above cash backing. Probably not 'exciting' enough for the average punter. Too much is already known haha. They still obviously need to hit the good stuff in the next lot of drilling, but post JORC, risk will be minimal and upside could definitely outweigh risk. I think it already does.
10 bags = MC ~60m
For a producer (potentially) that's pretty good.
