those 245 million shares should actually be escrowed (restricted shares) for a specified period of time because they obtained it at a very cheaper price at 0.001. Please see the ASX listing Rule no. 9 http://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/Chapter09.pdf. The purpose of the ASX rule 9 is to protect the integrity of the market. Please note that we bought it from market.
