re: the aex story ... haspete Hi Folks

Good to see some discussion here. what ever way you want to look at it the 'connection' is there re AEX and its 'history' and the uranium connection.

So several years ago 'back then' a $15,000 transaction occured ... that is now worth hundreds of millions.

Seems to me a lot of difference between $15000 and the $6 million paid for Denny Dalton....the result of which meant giving up a mega nickel deposit.

These guys havent approached Denny Dalton blind folded or opportunistically without 'awareness' or appreciation of what is 'most likely' (as it is inferred) there.

Denny Dalton was obviously in the 'too hard basket' when commodities were low....still warranted a lot of drilling activity though and serious consideration.

Well folks, the 11 hole drilling campaign will be completed within weeks (results should be known September...or earlier) and then we will then start the 'next one'...this one with an emphasis 'outside of the known mineralisation' area.

One can ridicule or question the photos on the website (no pleasing some people...I much prefer photos and an updated website than nothing...besides at least it 'demonstrates' that the company is having a go) however I say AEX have certainly got 'moving' since TG was appointed.

So I wonder if we will near the end of 2006- early 2007 with a mineral deposit/zone much better known...perhaps even expanded...with dare I say it a measured and indicated resource of inferred estimates...or very close to it?

...and will it then be trading below 5 cents?

The doomsday merchants here and downrampers think AEX and Denny dalton is a 'dud' company and operation.

The initial shallow drill demonstrates confidence in the operation. However lets remember that this is 'early days' in the drill campaign and merely an entree into a much bigger drill campaign.

The message hasnt hit the market.....and why should it?

The company hasnt promoted it pure and simple.

Maybe they are waiting to prove up the drill results themselves before they start hailing it as a 'company maker'

Either way, its an invisible project and questions remain. Seems Australian operations have more value built in to them a the moment despite our current policies.

South Africa are in the top half dozen Uranium producers and their policy isnt as restrictive as Australias.

What happens if DD's promise and potential is translated to actual proportions?

The market cant...or wont ignore an operation in a mining friendly country that has anywhere near the inferred (let alone more) resources at a market cap barely touching $20 million.
Should be $50 million imo...especially if the initial and following drill campaign in the coming months proves up earlier data and sentiment.

The good thing here is that TG and the company have lots of time to think about this project and how they will 'sell' it to the market....

....with that little voice whispering 'if only' in the back of their minds....

Another Paladin maybe not, but an opportunity to aspire to it and move some of the way towards it.
