I might sell straight away or might just hold a year because my purchase price will be zero... Therefore even if I sell at 3.5 cents, I have 3.5 cent per share capital gain.
Considering a 50% reduction in CGT for holding a year, one could assume that selling at 4cents after a year is better than selling at 5cents today.
