Honestly I don't know where I got $11.6m from now!
I think I'd taken the $16.6m from the cashflow statement and prematurely subtracted the $5m Vaya vendor payment, effectively double counting.
$23.9m in cash + equivalents more than covers everything, no problem in that case!

Re: $9.5m operating cash, conservative estimate based on them reporting $687k in operating cashflow for 1H16 (p14 below), and commentary on p8 "During the period Trade and other payables decreased by $9,005k, principally due to early payments made by amaysim to key supplier accounts to take advantage of early settlement discount. This has directly reduced cash flows from operating activities during the period by a similar amount."

Furthermore, for FY15 they had net operating cashflow of ~$18m.
So it seems conservative for them to achieve at least $9.5m cashflow in 2H16.
