Jamie will present in the National HR Summit on 7 April 16. This is a very popular event in the HR Community. HR leaders (decision makers) from medium and large companies attend to learn new strategies to develop and retain talent. HR apps can be efficient and actually fun to use - the perfect opportunity to promote Reffind!

IMO I feel Reffind still doesn't have much market exposure, people don't know about them. I work with HR mangers and directors, HRIS experts, most have never heard of Reffind or their products. I also feel that Reffind needs to update its website, it is not the most appealing nor clear, very little content. Perhaps also need to work on SEO to increase ranking on Google Bing Yahoo AOL Baidu search engines. When typing in HR recruitment system, talent or leaning systems, Reffind is no where to be found. There are so much Reffind needs to spread the word for. For example, the fact "implementing" Reffind is agile and requires very little IT input would be looked favourably by HR decision makers. Perhaps regularly publishing blogs on LinkedIn and engage with HR communities. HR or HRIS Leaders that are active on LinkedIn is more likely to embrace new technolies quickly and more likely to spread the words via social media.

Just my two cents. SP is painful to watch but Reffind is a joy, makes it so much more bearable
