I would think with that large a stake, they could easily get board representation. Maybe Unilife are willing to give them that much but as a condition, no directors on board to protect other customers.

Re losing Amgen, at this current time looks like our lifeline. However I don't think it is the end of the world but SP will fall under $0.10 if Amgen deal doesn't go through. I'm sure we can get some sort of finance (hopefully no Discovery Fund type financing) if it comes to that.

In regards to supporting a rights issue, I'd consider it but would have to see customers still committed to us eg. AbbVie signing a supply agreement, increase in production of meaningful amounts (10's of M) to Sanofi and Hikma.
