But sonething that detracts from the "value" UNS can offer is they have little to no production capability.
Its one thing to engage in R&D and designing a prototype and doing some pilot scale manual production.
The real value and IP is in the technology, design and production equipment used to produce said devices.
UNS has some Unifill production...who knows the scale and how well it works. We have a low volume wearable line....remember quality is everything and risk of product recalls stuff nightmares are made of.
So UNS at present are closer to being a bunch of consultants designing products. The real value of UNS will be realised when UNS can produce 10million devices with something like a 0.01 to 0.1 defect rate and their design IP is matched with high volume devuces of installed production lines
That is a guess...i truly dont know what the lines would be validated and tested to but would be a worryingly low number like 0.01%
