What is interesting about their projections is that the cost of production is US$1,350/t with an average estimated selling price of $2,550/t. My calculations from the Vittangi scoping study show a cost of production of AUD$274/t. Cost of feed per t is $84 with 23.6% grade with 77% recovery works back to $274/t.
Now compare that back to KNL's cost of production and their projected selling price. Talga would be able to very profitably sell below the cost of production and would be by far the lowest cost producer. Without having to build a special battery plant. Let's see if these results hold up.
