No bullbars is less of a problem as you can still get an engineer to sign off if they are made by one of the recognised major players (in compliance with state laws). Suspension is a different kettle of fish. ARB is doing all sorts of testing (ESC and suspension mods) but at this stage I think the problem is unresolved (i.e., problem being state laws).
