i think you;ve accurately summed up the psoitioning the new mgt team has used to get set with cheap options, repitch what was former mgt's plan - and then take the gravy train ride on back of rising pog.

but - this is what always happens. I do not see why you would single out BDR as particulalry bad.

my advice to you all

let it go. this is the way the world works.

just focus on whether you think share price will be worth more in future

or stop griping on hotcopper and go get a lawyer.
