I am sorry I phrased my wording wrong.

It literally was an Iceberg Order by definition.

Trading parcels of between 7-80 shares have been going through all day at approximately 40-120 second intervals. Unless you are saying this was done by multiple people who randomly decided to buy/sell 9 shares at a time then it was an undebatable Iceberg. That is what you label this strategy.

Whether is was an accumulation or sell Iceberg you will never know. That's the entire point of the strategy to keep the market in the dark so the share price holds.

They kept the price steady at 50 cents all day and for the entirety of the order.

It could have been an accumulation. Obviously I have an opinion as to what it was but the truth is we don't know. That is the nature of markets.
