I have read this proposal carefully and I think it is very good.
Firstly it removes any suggestion of VA----not that I thought there was much chance, but there was enough doubt for people to shout fire.
Second it puts the company back on a strong financial footing. ARI is making great progress in a very difficult environment. Its not there yet, but it is well on the way.
Some posters , even those with a heart, are knocking this proposal, for obvious reasons.
Frankly I cant see why the SP will not exceed previous levels. And I will want shares in a cap raise, because they will be priced right.
