As you know, GCN has frequently boasted that Sino Investment Services (SIS) stands ready to give GCN financial support.
So I imagine it will be disastrous for GCN if the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation succeeds in getting SIS wound up.
I notice that the hearing took place late last month - at 9:30AM, 29 January 2016.
Now that particular date looks pretty serious for GCN's veracity.
Why?
The 29th January court hearing was scheduled for the very same day that Li's quarterly to ASX said that GCN would be "further supported by SIS".
So what happened at that hearing? I can only assume the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation's case was summarily dismissed, otherwise GCN's statement of further financial support from SIS looks seriously dodgy.
How does one find out what happened at the hearing? I'll bet Richard Li has no intention of telling shareholders.
