once it's finished rolling out in Asia Telstra will set up shop in other foreign countries
having said (once it finishes ) doesn't mean it is not currently scoping new opportunities
as you may already know Telstra is partnering with Ericsson being one of many relationships it holds.

Ericsson will then begin opening cloud innovation centers worldwide, with Telstra signing on as the first to co-host. The center will be part of the Australian telecommunications provider's Gurrowa Innovation Lab in Melbourne, which was launched in August last year.
