Hi Charles, I'm reading a lot more into the results than most here as I know how tough NPS is. How many people facing injury would score a 9 or 10 on a survey? Most score the minor if not the neutral scores so I'm reading a lot more into these stats than how they are perceived low at 3 out of 10 for best product ever tried. I actually believe this is very high but it would be good to compare the results (obviously that is sensitive info only for those like P&G looking to take the product on). Could be that is how P&G asked them to set up the survey? I'm sure they will be looking at this with great interest. PS OBJ have already implied that the irritation issue has been solved.
