    hi Jordan

the section on hotcopper "short term trading" might be worth following for a bit....... they are an enthusiastic bunch offering plenty of advise and charts ........ the weekend chat on this site can also be quite educational.......... the same rules are spelt out in just about every t/a book you read ,with minor variations ie follow the trend, use of stop losses, managing your money etc...... and regularly your t/a will clash with your f/a rules.

taming the lion by Richard Farleigh takes a slightly different tack to both of the above, a broad approach, but you need to have a good understanding of what moves markets world wide ......

then there's the emotional side with short term trading.......

    good luck with it

by the way, do you know of a section on his site that chats about stocks on a fundamental basis,
    say medium term.......

    gk.
