From memory it was something like this-
Just prior to the last won drill C.Morgan ran into current Director on the street in Perth by chance.
The last hope for Morgan and Co was this drill and it was a downer, so Morgan contacted his old mate that spoke to in street and asked if he would takeover company as he had now had a gutfull and wanted out.
With now very little cash left in the coffers at WON it was discussed in article a major share consolidation and yet another fund raiser or no more WON. They sure have raised alot of money over the years and its now all gone and zip cash flow.
In my opinion this is not unlike many other listed companies that seem to burn lots of cash, pay themselves a good wage along with a bunch of shares and find the exit door leaving good old shareholders in the poooooooo!
Along with you and probably many others that hold shares disgusted at the way this has all been handled.
