I will summarize it for you.
Samples all re-tested the same no lab error.
They now have no idea whats going on, re-test the area.
I can't see it going well you can't take gold out of an auger sample, you can "accidentally" contaminate it though, I can't see a situation where this turns out positively,
Unlikely lab error was pretty much the only hope.
