It is how the 'game' is played. The usual suspect of strip ratios, size of debt get wheeled out. Then if there was a bid for FMG which reflected its assets (NTA AUD$3.50 plus a control premium) watch the screams of 'selling out the country' from the very people that do not support FMG or even bet against it with shorting. bs imo.
