uml bid same despite doubling sp of some juniors

The shareprice of junior gold companies like troy has doubled in the last month from around 20cent to 40 cent. Newcrest shareprice has gone up 25% in the last month from around $12 to $16. How can uml BOD still justify supporting a 2.9cent bid .... I am absolutely furious about the law if it allows for such activities at the cost of small shareholders .... its my belief that it is our societies drift towards condoning such unbridled inequity that may one day result in the demise of our system.

Time for UML directors to recommend rejection of the current bid given the improved gold price.... they should at least be advocating that the bidder raise the offer by double.
