Simple maths..
1. 100,000 fpo's at 18c = $18,000
6 weeks to record date funding at 10%p.a. = $208.00
2. 100,000 oppies at 1.9c = $1900
Total Cots = $18,208.00
6 weeks to record date funding at 10%p.a. = $22.00
Plus Conversion Price 20cents per share = $20,000
Total Cost = $20,022.00
In both cases you earn 53,000 Jupiter BioFuels shares , plus retain the original 100,000 JPR's ... so upside is 'in balance'.
