3M are a most unlikely investor. That is not something they do. As well they would see IVX as something too small to move the needle for them. They have stuck to their knitting for about a hundred years and are not likely to become an investor in biotech at this stage of their life. Hovione is a slightly different proposition but still unlikely. Iwould have thought that if there was interest there, they would have got aboard at the original deal. I would be very surprised if the issue was not raised.
