It was always going to be that way. CN said in the Syd IP, they (big boys COP, CNE) are happy to have smaller players like FAR do the leg work. implying that big wheels turn slow, plus in this case, FAR has a very good relationship with the Senegalese gov't.
I think the THP has gone past it's useful date now that FAR has the new lease, unless there's something else they are interested in.
