There is no way that Evm had any indication there would be any delays (opening bank accounts or other) hence the legal counsel. People with the money once again moving goalposts/doing whatever they want.
We have no idea what the indian group is doing, and good luck to them. They don't want to get on board, so forget it.
Everyone should be focused on the Valentia deal, and if india wants to jump on board the bandwagon then, so be it.
