Can someone help me out here...
Does Uganda have a refinery?
If not, just how much boe/day does Hardman have to find to make it viable to
1. Build a pipeline to the coast?
or
2. Build a pipeline to the Kenyian (or some other close by) Refinery?

Because, if you need 50,000boe/day (for arguements sake) for this either option A or B to be viable
then even if HDR finds (just)40,000boe/day then you could value (not that i am...hence this question) HDR's Ugandan assets at $0.
help anyone???
